A) Planting Along The Pedestrian And Bicycle Route Along The Kamienna River/Pasternik Reservoir - No. 1264/1, 30/22, 5238/1 (District 0001).B) Planting Along Ul. Wyszyńskiego - Register No. 685/5, 544/1, 545/1, 686/1, 546/1, 687, 688/2, 689/3, 566, 567/1, 564, 563, 568/2, 569, 570/9, 570/10, 742/5, 740/1, 741/1, 747, 746/1, 756 (District 0004). The Works Include: 1. Taking Over The Area From The Ordering Party, 2. Carrying Out Preparatory Earthworks, 3. Purchasing And Planting Vegetation In Accordance With The Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party, 4. Planting Vegetation In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Instructions, 5. Ensuring Constant Supervision Of A Specialist Gardener Or Landscape Architect During The Execution Of The Works, 6. Tidying Up The Area After The Completion Of The Works, 7. Any Other Works Resulting From The Adopted Solutions, 8. Providing The Ordering Party With A Care Report With An As-Built Inventory. Note: A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The General Design Documentation With Bill Of Quantities Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, - Constituting An Annex To The Applicable Specification Of Order Conditions. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Within The Meaning Of Article 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, Persons Performing The Indicated Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order, I.E. Planting Plants, Trees, Shrubs, Perennials.
