Description Of The Subject Of The Order: A) The Subject Of This Order Is The Service Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation For The Expansion / Reconstruction Of The Road System Of A Public Street, Ul. Rzepichy, On The Section From Ul. Zakamyczy To Ul. Leśmian As Part Of The Task - Pavement Construction Program. B) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using: • Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, • Material Scope With Annexes Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. C) The Minimum Warranty Period Is 24 Months, The Maximum Warranty Period Is 36 Months. Offers Containing A Warranty Period Of Less Than 24 Months Will Be Rejected. D) The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. 2. Deadline For Order Completion: 30 Months, Including: A) Stage I - Preparation And Submission Of Documentation Together With The Initiation Of The Procedure For Obtaining A Zrid Decision - Within 20 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. B) Stage Ii - Obtaining And Submitting To The Ordering Party An Administrative Decision Allowing Implementation Of Works Together With Complete Design Documentation - In Accordance With The Material Scope - Within 6 Months From The Implementation Of Stage I, C) Stage Iii - Obtaining And Submitting To The Ordering Party The Final Administrative Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of The Road Investment - Within 4 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of Stage Ii.
