The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Expert Services Consisting In Comprehensive Support For The Sokółka Commune In The Management, Monitoring, Settlement And Proper Implementation Of The Project Titled: Construction Of A Retention Reservoir With Accompanying Infrastructure And A Rainwater Sewer In Kolejowa Street In Sokółka, No. Fenx.02.04-Iw.01-0063/25, Co-Financed By The Cohesion Fund Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program. The Service Will Be Implemented In Close Cooperation With Employees Of The Municipal Office In Sokółka, While Maintaining The Competences And Responsibilities Of The Beneficiary Arising From The Co-Financing Agreement. Planned Date Of Completion Of The Project Implementation: February 2028. Planned Date Of Completion Of The Project: May 2028. The Contractors Obligations Will Include In Particular: 1.Ongoing Monitoring Of The Correct Implementation Of The Project In Terms Of Material, Financial, Formal And Timely Delivery;2.Monitoring Compliance Of The Project Implementation With The Funding Agreement, Funding Application, Project Description, Implementation Schedule, Payment Schedule And Applicable Guidelines;3.Monitoring The Material And Financial Progress Of Individual Project Tasks And Identifying Threats And Risks Related To Their Implementation;4.Maintaining A Register Of Project Risks And Preparing Recommendations For Preventive And Corrective Actions;5.Monitoring The Timeliness Of Project Implementation And Preparing Recommendations Regarding Necessary Changes To The Schedule;6.Preparing And Supporting The Beneficiary In Preparing, Verifying And Submitting Payment Applications As Well As Their Corrections And Additions;7.Verification Of Documentation Constituting The Basis For Including Expenses In Payment Applications, In Particular In Terms Of Their Compliance With The Financing Agreement, The Project Budget And Agreements Concluded With Contractors;8.Support For The Beneficiary In The Ongoing Operation Of The Sl2021 System, In Particular In Relation To Payment Applications, Schedules, Public Procurement, Project Staff And Correspondence With The Implementing Institution;9.Monitoring The Achievement Of Product And Result Indicators And Maintaining Documentation Confirming Their Achievement;10.Analysis Of Planned And Concluded Contracts With Contractors And Their Changes In Terms Of Their Impact On The Material, Financial And Timely Scope Of The Project;11.Support For The Beneficiary In Monitoring The Correctness Of Public Procurement Procedures And The Principles Of Competitiveness, To The Extent Related To The Implementation Of The Project;12.Verification Of Procurement Documentation For Compliance With The Requirements Arising From The Subsidy Agreement And Relevant Guidelines;13.Analysis Of Planned Changes In The Project And Preparation Of Recommendations Regarding The Need To Obtain The Consent Of The Implementing Institution, Change The Schedule Or Annex The
