Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Cleaning Of The Facilities Of The Wilanów Sports Center At Ul. Gubinowska 28/30, Ul. Uprawna 9/17 And Ul. Wiertnicza 26A In Warsaw

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Comprehensive Cleaning Of The Facilities Of The Wilanów Sports Center In Warsaw At Ul.: A) Gubinowska 28/30 (Swimming Pool, Wet Zone, I.E. Changing Rooms, Shower Rooms, Sports Hall, Playing Fields, Outdoor Area) B) Uprawna 9/17 (Sports Hall, Playing Fields, Outdoor Area) C) Wiertnicza 26A (Wet Zone, I.E. Changing Rooms, Shower Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, Sauna Area) 2. The Service Will Be Performed On An Ongoing Basis Throughout The Week, So As Not To Disturb The Operation Of The Facilities Or Threaten The Safety Of Users. 3.All Measures Used Must Have The Required Pzh Approvals And Certificates, Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide To The Ordering Party.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Its Employees With Personal Protective Equipment, Provided For In Separate Regulations.5.The Contractor Will Provide The Service Using Its Own Resources And Equipment (Included In The Cost Of The Comprehensive Service).6.Persons Performing Cleaning Activities On The Swimming Pool Deck In The Absence Of A Lifeguard Are Obliged To Wear Life Jackets. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Accidents That May Occur To Persons Who Do Not Comply With This Order. The Subject And Scope Of The Order Is Described In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 5 To The Swz And In The Contract Template Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
