The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Furniture Equipment To Branch No. 2 Culture Pavilion Of The Public Library Of The Grodzisk Mazowiecki Commune At Ul. Westfala 3B In Grodzisk Mazowiecki. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Furniture And Equipment Intended For Office, Conference, Educational, Youth Spaces And Relaxation Areas, In Particular Office Armchairs, Modular Seats, Pouffes, Tables And Conference Chairs Along With The Required Accessories. The Supplied Equipment Must Meet The Technical, Operational, Quality, Safety, Ergonomics And Durability Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions, Provided That The Offered Products Have Technical And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Opz. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Delivery Of Equipment To The Headquarters Of Branch No. 2 Culture Pavilion, Its Bringing And Placing It In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Procedure Documentation. Scope Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Furniture To The Ordering Facility Located In Grodzisk Mazowiecki In The Quantities Included In The Opz Constituting An Annex. No. 7 To The Siwz. The Equipment Can Be Delivered And Collected Only On Working Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday From 8.00 A.M. To 2.00 P.M. If The Ordering Party Discloses Defects/Damage In The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract (Including Damage During Transport), The Contractor Undertakes To Repair The Defective Product Or Replace It With A New One Free From Defects/Damage Within 21 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notification. (In The Case Of Repairs, The Contractor Will Only Use New Materials Of The First Quality). The Furniture Delivered Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Defects (Physical And Legal). Furniture Should Be Made Of Materials With Hygienic Certificates And Durability Certificates For Chairs And Armchairs; A Certificate Of Strength And Deformability. In The Case Of Non-Standard Furniture, Materials And Components With Appropriate Certificates And Approvals Should Be Used For Their Construction. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifies Any Material, Device Or Product By Providing The Name Of The Manufacturer Or In Another Similar Way That Could Hinder Fair Competition, It Is Allowed To Use Equivalent Solutions For These Materials, Devices Or Products, I.E. While Maintaining Parameters Not Worse Than Those Provided For In The Design. Each Time The Use Of An Alternative Solution Must Be Agreed With The Director.
