Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of Aggregate For The Ongoing Maintenance Of Forest Roads In The Chocianów Forest District - Iii Procedure

3.1.The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of Granite And/Or Basalt Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0 - 31.5 Mm In An Amount Of 1,000 Tons And A Fraction Of 31.5 - 63 Mm In An Amount Of 2,800 Tons, Intended For The Ongoing Maintenance Of The Surface Of Forest Roads Located In The Area Administered By The Chocianów Forest District. 3.2.A Detailed Determination Of The Amount Of Aggregate Divided Into Forest Districts Was Made In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Order Terms. 3.3.The Aggregate Will Be Delivered Successively To The Following Forest Districts: Jakubowo, Chocianów, Parchów, Trzmiel, Trzebnice, Nowa Kuźnia, Wierzbowa, Olszna, Krzyżowa, Borówki And Pasternik. 3.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Crushed Aggregate (Granite And/Or Basalt) With Parameters Consistent With The Requirements Of The Pn-En 13242 Standard (Aggregates For Unbound And Hydraulically Bound Materials Used In Buildings And Road Construction) And The Pn-En 13285 Specification (Unbound Mixtures - Specifications).3.5.The Ordering Party Requires That Each Batch Of Aggregate Delivered Has A Current Declaration Of Performance Issued By The Manufacturer, Confirming Compliance Of The Materials Technical Parameters With The Requirements Specified In This Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Copy Of The Declaration To The Ordering Party At The Latest At The Time Of Delivery Of A Given Batch Of Goods, Before Starting Its Unloading.3.6.The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor The Ability To Complete And Settle At Least 75% Of The Scope Specified In Point 3 Of The Swz.
