The Subject Of The Order Includes Activities Related To The Administration And Maintenance Of A Municipal Cemetery Resulting From The Act Of January 31, 1959 On Cemeteries And Burial Of The Dead (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1590) And The Implementing Regulations To The Act, Regulations Of The Municipal Cemetery Together With The Price List Applicable To The Municipal Cemetery In Tarnobrzeg Approved By Resolution No. Xviii/198/2025 Of The Tarnobrzeg City Council Of February 13, 2025 Regarding The Announcement Of The Uniform Text Of The Resolution On The Adoption Of The Regulations Of The Municipal Cemetery In Tarnobrzeg (Official Journal Of The Podkarpackie Voivodeship Of February 14, 2025, Item 807), Including, Among Others: • Settling Formal And Organizational Matters Necessary To Accept The Body For Burial At The Cemetery, As Well As Other Matters Related To The Activities Of The Cemetery In The Cemetery Administration Office On The Days And Hours Of Its Office, • Keeping Cemetery Books Using The Traditional Method And The Electronic Method In Programs In Which The City Of Tarnobrzeg Currently Keeps Records Of Graves And Buried People, Combined With Photos Of Graves Enabling The Operation Of An Online Grave Search Engine For The Municipal Cemetery On The Geoportal Of The City Of Tarnobrzeg, • Management Of Burial Places And Designation Of Places Burial Grounds, • Running The Cemetery Managers Office, Dealing With Customers, • Responsibility Towards Authorized Bodies And Institutions, • Collecting And Paying Fees For Burial Places, • Maintaining And Operating The Cemetery Infrastructure, Minor Renovation Works, • Maintaining Order And Cleanliness, • Maintaining Green Areas, • Supervision And Protection Of Property. The Contractor Undertakes Not To Engage In Monopolistic Practices, I.E.
