Territorially Balanced Development Of The Regional Program European Funds For Podkarpacie 2021-2027.2. As Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Designation Psna Is Introduced, I.E. Designer Exercising Authors Supervision.3. Description Of The Commissioned Service: 1) A Service Is Commissioned To Provide Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of A Task In The Field Of: A) Architectural, B) Construction, C) Installation In The Field Of Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water And Sewage Networks, Installations And Devices, D) Installation In The Field Of Electrical And Power Networks, Installations And Devices, E) Installation In The Field Of Telecommunications Networks, Installations And Devices, F) Road Engineering, 2) The Ordering Party Envisages Exercising The Authors Supervision In The Form Of: A) Visits To The Site Of Works, B) Arrivals To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, C) Works Performed At The Headquarters Of The Authors Supervision. 3) As Part Of The Authors Supervision, Psna Will Be Obliged To Fulfill The Obligations Contained In Point 3, Point 6) Of This Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Agreement. 4) The Authors Supervision Will Be Settled In The Form Of A Lump Sum Remuneration. 5) Psna Declares That It Takes Over The Duties Of The Designer For The Construction Of The Building Construction Of The Public Library Building In Ropczyce In Accordance With Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law And To The Fullest Extent Permitted By Law.6) Obligations Of Psna: A) Confirming Compliance Of The Implementation Of Construction Works With The Introduced Alternative Solutions Developed By The Contractor, Including Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Entries Made By The Contractor In The Construction Log, B) Agreeing On The Possibility Of Introducing Alternative Solutions To Those Provided For In The Documentation Design, In Relation To Materials And Structures, As Well As Technical Solutions, The Introduction Of Which Is Necessary To Perform All Works On The Task, C) Giving Opinions On The Technical Documentation Prepared By The Construction Contractor Or The Ordering Party Within 5 Days From The Date Of Its Submission For Opinion, D) Giving Opinions And Agreeing, At The Request Of The Supervision Inspector And With The Consent Of The Ordering Party, On Introducing Changes That Are Not Significant Within The Meaning Of The Construction Law To Approved Designs, E) Visiting The Construction Site If Necessary Carrying Out An
