1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Construction Of A Recreation Area In Smólsko Małe - Stage I, Through The Construction Of Gazebos, Pergolas, Fireplaces, Hardening The Area And Lighting. 2) The Scope Of Stage I Includes: Construction Of 4 Recreational Gazebos, Construction Of 2 Garden Pergolas, Construction Of A Double-Sided Fireplace, Construction Of Hardening The Land, Execution Of Lighting And Electrical Installations.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Design Documentation, Which Consists Of The Following Documents:1.Executive Design2.Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Sstwior)3.Bill Of Quantities Note 1 The Detailed Design Covers A Wider Scope Of Investments. This Procurement Procedure Covers The First Stage, I.E. Construction Of Gazebos, Pergolas, Fireplaces, Hardening Of The Area And Lighting. Note 2 When Calculating The Offer Price, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Investors (Ordering Partys) Own Materials, I.E. - Concrete Edging 20X6 X100 Cm - 69 M - Concrete Paving Stones 6 Cm Thick, Gray - 99 M2, And To Include In The Offer Price The Cost Of Transporting Materials Investor To The Construction Site In Smólsko Małe. The Investors Own Materials - The Edges Are Located On The Municipal Plot With Registration Number 332/8 In Smólsko Małe, And The Paving Stones Are Located On The Municipal Plot With Registration Number 175 In Wola Dereźniańska.
