The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Involving The Development Of The Area Near The Myślibórz Cultural Center.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes: − Removal Of The Existing Concrete Surface; − Inactivation And Dismantling Of The Existing Electrical Lighting Installation At The Front Side Elevation Of The Mok Building; − Partial Hardening Of The Existing Lawns With Concrete Slabs And Construction Of: − Steel Exhibition Frames For Outdoor Exhibitions; − Permanent Chess Tables; − Park Benches And Gravel Strips; − Bicycle Racks; − Hardened Surface Made Of Concrete Slabs For Playing Outdoor Chess And For Intimate Outdoor Performances Related To The Function Of The Mok Building; − Reconstruction Of The Area Lighting; − Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Surface Of The Entrance Zone And The Outdoor Animation Space; − Reconstruction Of Low Greenery; − Renovation Of The Facade Of The Existing Farm Building;3.Development Of The Area Near The Myślibórz Cultural Center Is The Second Stage Of The Investment Titled Reconstruction Of The Square In Front Of The Myślibórz Cultural Center In Myślibórz.4.Stage I Of The Investment Was Completed On 29/07/20205.This Description Is Supplemented By The Attached Bill Of Quantities And Design Documentation Together With Stwior. The Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Material For The Valuation. 6. All Work Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Construction Practice And Occupational Health And Safety Conditions By Qualified Employees Under Qualified Supervision. All Materials Used Must Have Appropriate Certificates And Approvals.7.The Project Is Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Western Pomerania 2021-2027.8.The Contractor Is Obliged To: A.Preparation (Design), Execution, Delivery And Installation Of An Information Board Regarding Project Co-Financing, B.Ensuring That The Information Board Meets The Requirements Specified In The Current Guidelines On Information And Promotion For Fepz 2021–2027, In Particular In The Scope Of: I.Required Logos (Eu/Fepz),Ii.Minimum Dimensions And Graphic Layout,Iii.Mandatory Content,Iv.Durability And Resistance To Weather Conditions, C.Agreeing With The Ordering Party On The Graphic Design Of The Board Before Its Implementation (The Ordering Partys Acceptance Is A Condition For The Implementation Of The Board Design), D.Placing The Board In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, E.Including All Costs Related To The Production, Delivery And Installation Of The Information Board In The Offer Price.
