Implementation Stages:1) Stage I - Construction And Installation Of Information Boards In The Investment Area2) Stage Ii - Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions, Obtaining A Building Permit Or Reporting To Pinb The Intention To Commence Construction Works,3) Stage Iii - Geodetic Marking Of Works In The Field, Introduction Of Temporary Traffic Organization, Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task, Introduction Of Target Traffic Organization4) Stage Iv - Finishing Works, Acceptance Of Works And Industry Supervision, Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory, Reporting To Pinb The Completion Of Construction Works, Tidying Up The Area. Note: The Material, Time And Financial Schedule For The Task Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Annex No. 5 To The Swz) Divided Into Stages Will Be Presented By The Contractor To The Ordering Party For Approval Before Concluding The Agreement.3. Scope Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Make And Place An Information Board (Dimension 180X120cm) About Co-Financing In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7, 2021 On Determining Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Implementing Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or State Special Funds, As Amended (Last Amendment: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1471) And The Cost Execution And Placement Of The Above-Mentioned The Table Will Be Included In The Offer Price.2) Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Preparation Of Design Documentation And Obtaining Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Investment In Accordance With The Assumptions Specified In The Swz, Ffu And The Ordering Partys Arrangements, Applicable Regulations, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of People And Property.3) Carrying Out An Inventory Of Greenery In The Investment Area, Indicating Trees And Shrubs Colliding With The Investment, Preparing An Application Enabling The Ordering Party To Obtain A Felling Permit Trees And Shrubs Together With A Replacement Planting Plan, Estimation Of The Weight Of Wood And Preparation Of A Grading Report By An Authorized Person Regarding Wood Obtained From Felling.4) Preparation Of A Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Works And The Target Traffic Organization, And Obtaining Approval From The Starosta Of The Mikołów County (And The Marshal Of The Silesian Voivodeship In The Event Of The Need To Install Signs On The Dw926 Provincial Road).5
