The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Service Of Periodic Technical Inspection - Revision According To The Documentation Of The Maintenance System Of The 409Da Diesel Locomotive: 1) P4 Inspection Of The 409Da Da-774 Type Locomotive - Level P4 Of The N-T Diesel Locomotive, L-S 180, Type 409Da, Reg. No. Wp-06-40108 The Locomotive Is Stationed In The Depot Osowiec - Quantity 1 Pc, Periodic Repair And Inspection According To Level P4 Is A Revision Repair With The Scope Of Work Including: Inspection Of Components And Assemblies Connected To The Vehicle And Replacement Of Worn Or Damaged Ones With New Ones, Cleaning Of Dirt, Grease And Corrosion, Painting And Assembly Of The Vehicle, Replacement Of The Decking, Maintenance Of Rolling Bearings, Cleaning And Maintenance Of Screw Couplings And The Pulling Device, Lubrication In Accordance With The Lubrication Card For Movement Joints, Acceptance Test. The Scope Of The Service Must Include All Activities Necessary To Obtain The Technical Condition And Technical Parameters Consistent With The P4 Maintenance Level.
