The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Road From Yomb Boards In Niekłanice To Plot No. 148 (Towards Morelowa Street). The Scope Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road In Niekłanice On Section C-D With A Length Of Approx. 205.20 M, Along With The Implementation Of Exits, Roadsides, Accompanying Works And Road Lighting. Section C-D Is A Separate Part Of The Design Documentation Entitled Construction And Reconstruction Of Municipal Roads With The Necessary Infrastructure In The Town Of Niekłanice, Świeszyno Commune. In The Documentation, Section C-D Was Designed As A Road With A Surface Made Of Openwork Concrete Slabs Of The Iomb Type, Constructed In Strips, With The Strip Between The Slabs And The Roadsides Hardened With Aggregate. The Designed Road Has A Basic Width Of 3.00 M. The Documentation Also Assumes Hardened Shoulders On Both Sides For This Type Of Road. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Scope, Method And Requirements For The Execution Of Individual Works, Is Specified In Point 3 Of Chapter I Of The Swz And In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Including In Particular: • Land Development Design, • Technical Design Of The Road Industry - Within The Scope Of The Order, • Technical Design Of The Electrical Industry - Within The Scope Of The Order, • Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, • Current Bills Of Quantities For Road Works And Electricity, And The Scope Of This Order Is A Separate Part Of Broader Design Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Covers Only Section C-D And The Related Scope Of The Electrical Industry. The Remaining Sections Included In The Design Documentation, I.E. In Particular A-B-C, B-H And E-F, Are Not Covered By This Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All The Works In Accordance With The Order Documentation, Including Changes To The Surface Structure Consisting In The Adoption Of A 15 Cm Thick Base Layer And 15 Cm Thick Stabilization, Applicable Regulations, Relevant Standards, Stwiorb And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge. Bills Of Quantities Constitute Auxiliary Material. The Scope Of The Contractors Obligation Results From The Entire Order Documentation, Limited To Section C-D And The Scope Of Works Assigned To It.
