1. The Subject Of The Public Contract Are Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of Różana Street In Łochów, 298.78 Meters Long, Along With A Storm Sewage System.2.The Scope Includes The Following Works: Preparatory And Earthworks, Drainage Of The Road Body, Substructures, Surfaces, Finishing Works, Traffic Safety Devices, Street Elements, Construction Of A Service Channel, Other Works, Construction Of A Storm Sewage System, Preparation Of An As-Built Inventory.3.During The Entire Period Of Work, The Contractor Will Ensure Continuity Of Traffic And Provide Residents With Access To The Property At The End Of Each Day.4.The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.5.The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz By The Ordering Party Is Of Informative And Auxiliary Nature And Does Not Constitute The Basis For Determining The Amount Of Remuneration In Connection With The Adoption Of A Lump Sum Remuneration. As Part Of The Remuneration, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Work Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities, Which Could Be Predicted On The Basis Of The Attached Technical Documentation. 6. All Requirements Specified In The Technical Documentation Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.7 Act.If The Technical Documentation Indicates Names, Trademarks, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Characterizing The Product Or Service Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To The Privilege Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products - They Should Be Treated As Exemplary Solutions Specifying The Standards, Appearance And Technical Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equivalent Materials Or Devices Described In The Swz, Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Documentation.8.A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In Chapter Iii, Section. 9 Swz. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches A List Of Equivalent Solutions With Its Description Or Standards To The Offer.9.The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer A Product With Similar Properties, Functionally Suitable For The Intended Use.
