Inki-Danuta Siedzikówny In Łask As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled Reconstruction Of The Building Of Primary School No. 5 In Łask At Ul. Inki-Danuta Siedzikówna.2) The Scope Of The Task Includes: A) Modernization Of The Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities With Equipment (Cabinets, Benches And Elements Of Sanitary Equipment, I.E. White Assembly), B) Modernization Of Communication Routes Inside The Facilities, C) Modernization Of The Following Installations: Water And Sewage, Eclectic, Heating, D) Modernization Of Storage Rooms: Intended For Sports Equipment And For Servicing Sports Facilities, Intended For Coaches, Physical Education Teachers, Judges, F) Adaptation Of The Back-Up Rooms To Sanitary And Hygienic Requirements And Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, G) Reconstruction Of The Rooms To Create Two Toilets Adapted To The Needs Of People H) With Disabilities (Including Elements Of The Equipment, I.E. White Assembly), I) Purchase And Installation Of Locker Room Equipment In Accordance With Architectural Drawings (Locker Room Lockers And Benches).J) Adjustment Of The Width And Height Of The Stairs Leading To The Stands;3) Note: A) The Scope Of The Order Includes Only Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities, At The Primary School No. 5 In Łask - The Scope Of These Works Is Described In The Documentation Entitled: Project For The Modernization Of The Locker Room And Sanitary Facilities Of The Gymnasium. B) The Scope Of Work Not Included In The Documentation Referred To In Point A) Of This Paragraph And Necessary To Be Performed By The Contractor Under This Procedure: − Repair Of Sheet Metal Flashings On The Part Of The Roof Above The Circulation Routes Of The Facility In Question Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities. A Drawing Specifying The Scope Of The Roof To Be Repaired Has Been Attached To The Documentation Entitled - Roof Area Intended For Repair. - Construction Of Two Electrical Switchboards (One For Each Of The Two Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities) Along With Supplying Power To Them From The Main Switchboard. C) The Documentation Attached To This Tender Procedure Entitled: Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Primary School Building Together With The Building Of Gymnasium No. 5 Regarding Adaptation To The Applicable Fire Protection Conditions And The Needs Of People With Disabilities Is Of An Informative Nature. The Purpose Of The Attachment Is To Enable The Bidder/Contractor To Become Familiar With The Full Scope Of The Planned Changes And To Identify Possible Accompanying Works, The Performance Of Which May Be Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Modernization Of The Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities.
