Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works And Other Services Described In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annexes To This Swz, Consisting In Revitalization Of Forest Roads In The Syców Forest District In 2026 And Covering The Following Road Sections: 1) Road 1 - Bukowina Forestry Forest Road No. 220/1276 With A Length Of 4,180 Running Meters2) Road 2 - Komorów Forestry, Forest Road No. 220/1296 With A Length Of 2190 Meters. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: 1) Design Documentation - Simplified - Annex No. 9 To The Swz, 2) Bill Of Quantities - Annex To The Swz. 1. The Types Of Materials And Devices Adopted (Indicated In The Design Documentation) Were Used Only As Examples To Describe The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Entitled To Present In Its Offer Equivalent Materials And Devices With No Worse Parameters. The Contractor Should Define Their Parameters In Order To Demonstrate That They Meet The Conditions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
