The Individual Tasks To Be Performed Include: Part 1: Renovation Of The Municipal Road No. 140142K Ulina Mała-Intersection With The Iwanowice-Maków Road In The Towns Of Ulina Mała And Żarnowica At Km 0+000 -1+791:• Preparatory And Earthworks (Earthworks With Transport - Cleaning The Edges Of The Road, Milling The Surface With Removal Of Excavated Material, Cleaning Of The Asphalt Road Surface), • Surface (Leveling The Existing Sub-Base With A Mineral-Bituminous Mixture, Sprinkling The Surface With Asphalt Emulsion, Making A Surface With Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures - Wearing Course, Securing The Edge Of The Road With Crushed Stone And Sprinkling With Emulsion And Grit), 2.The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.3.The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Essential Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.4.In Addition, The Contractors Responsibilities Will Include: • Providing A Construction Manager In The Road Engineering Specialty With Appropriate Qualifications Required By Construction Law, As Well As Belonging To The Relevant District Chamber Of Construction Engineers; • Developing And Submitting As-Built Documentation In Paper Form; • Maintaining Order At The Construction Site, • Ongoing Cleaning And Removal Of Demolition Materials, • Tidying Up The Work Area Occupied For The Duration Of The Works Immediately After Their Completion. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Develop A Temporary Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Task, Unless It Turns Out To Be Necessary Due To The Organization Of Works Adopted By The Contractor, Which Will Introduce Significant Traffic Difficulties.6.If Temporary Traffic Organization Is Introduced For The Duration Of The Task, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Develop, Approve And Organize A Temporary Traffic Organization Project In Such A Way As To Guarantee Access To And Access For Residents, Emergency Services And Vehicles Collecting Municipal Waste To Buildings Located On The Reconstructed Road. 7. The Temporary Traffic Organization Project Must Be Approved By The Ordering Party.
