Investors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Revitalization Of The Historic Palace In Staroźreby With A Change Of Use1.The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Investor Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Revitalization Of A Historic Palace In The Town Of Staroźreby With A Change Of Use. Investor Supervision Will Be Exercised During The Implementation Of Construction Works, Covering The Following Industries: - Construction - Construction - Electrical - Sanitary In Addition To The Investor Supervision Inspector Of The Construction And Construction Industry, Who Will Act As The Coordinator Of The Investor Supervision Team, The Investor Supervision Contractor Will Be Required To Provide Persons To Perform Independent Functions: Investor Supervision Inspector Electrical Industry And An Investor Supervision Inspector In The Sanitary Industry. The Purpose Of Investor Supervision Is To Ensure Proper Implementation Of The Investment In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Administrative Decisions, Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Legal Provisions And The Contract Concluded With The Contractor Of Construction Works. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1) Get Acquainted With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Administrative Decisions And The Contract Concluded With The Contractor Works. 2) Participation In Handing Over The Construction Site To The Contractor. 3) Getting Acquainted With The Material And Financial Schedule Of Works And Monitoring Its Implementation. 4) Informing The Ordering Party About The Threats Related To The Timely Implementation Of The Investment. 5) Participation In Coordination Meetings Regarding The Implementation Of Investments. 6) Representing The Ordering Party On The Construction Site By Checking The Compliance Of The Works With: A) Design Documentation, B) Permits And Administrative Decisions, C) Legal Regulations, D) Principles Of Technical Knowledge, E) Contract Concluded With The Contractor. 7) Quality Control Of The Works Performed And The Materials And Devices Used. 8) Checking The Contractors Possession Of The Required Documents, Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity, Technical Approvals And Other Documents Required By Law. 9) Checking The Correctness Of Maintaining Construction Documentation, In Particular The Construction Log. 10) Verifying The Progress Of Works And Reporting Any Possible Delays Or Threats To The Ordering Party. 11) Issuing Instructions To The Contractor Regarding: A) Removing Irregularities, B) Carrying Out Tests And Examinations, C) Presenting Documents Confirming The Quality Of The Work Performed. 12) Participation In Partial Acceptance And Final Acceptance Of The Investment. 13) Checking The Completeness Of The Acceptance Documentation Prepar
