In The Contract Assessment Within The Municipality Of Oudewater, A Construction Team Organization Emerged As The Most Suitable Contract And Collaboration Form, I.E. Design Phase In Construction Team, Realization Under The Uav2012. The Main Reason For This Is That Certain Technical Challenges Need To Be Further Developed In Collaboration With A Contractor. This Assignment Is Therefore Tendered According To A Two-Phase Approach. This Means That The Winning Tenderer Will Be Awarded The First Phase, The Design Phase, Up To And Including Vo Including Ssk Estimate. For The Second Phase, Developing Do And The Realization Phase, Only This Party May Submit An Offer. The Starting Point Is That The Price/Ssk Estimate Is First Tested By Third Parties From Og And Then The Budget Is Approved Within The Municipality For The Implementation Phase. See Further Description In The Tender Document. At The Time Of Tendering, The Client Has A Budget For The Preparation Phase Up To And Including The Vo Phase. The Required Budget For Further Development Of The Design Into Do And Implementation Phase Will Be Requested On The Basis Of An Approved Ssk From The Vo. During The Construction Team Phase, The Moment Will Be Linked To The Completed Vo And Associated Cost Estimate. The Client Will Have To Organize The Required Budget During The Construction Team Phase. If This Is Not Possible, The Client Is Forced To Discontinue/Terminate The Assignment At The End Of The Construction Team Agreement. For This Reason, No Target Budget Is Issued, But Candidates Are Asked To Provide A Registration Price For The Construction Team Phase Up To And Including Vo.
