Oconee County Is Seeking Proposals From Construction Management At Risk (Cmar) Companies For The Construction Of A New Ems Building And A New Facilities Shop To Be Located Behind Fire Station No. 1 On Macon Highway. Upon Completion Of A Review Of Proposals Received, The County Anticipates Awarding A Contract For Preconstruction Services And, At The Countys Discretion, A Subsequent Contract For Construction. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required To Pay Sales And Use Tax On Materials Purchased Or Used On This Project. Once A Gmp Has Been Determined And Approved, The Awarded Contractor Will Be Required To Submit Performance And Payment Bonds Of One Hundred Percent (100%) Of The Total Agreement Amount.Bidders Must Register With Bidnet Direct To Respond To This Rfp.
