Descriptionthe Purpose Of This Procurement Is To Establish A New Fire Station In Oslo South Which Will Replace The Current Kastellet Fire Station And Strengthen Emergency Coverage In The South-Eastern Part Of Oslo. After Carrying Out A Feasibility Study And Investigations, It Has Been Decided That The Fire Station Will Be Established At Ljabruveien 125. The Address Belongs To Part Of Gnr. 186 Bnr. 1, An Undeveloped Part Of The Site That Was Regulated For The Purpose In 1991. The Fire Station Is To Be Sized For 40 Employees Including 10 Crews On Call 24 Hours A Day, With Six Parking Spaces For Fire Engines In The Garage (Wagon Hall), As Well As Storage Areas And A Laundry Hall. In Addition, There Will Be Changing Facilities, Technical Areas, Office Areas, Training Areas, Rest Rooms And Living Areas.
