Future Management Of H2o Should Support, And Where Possible Advance, The City’S Strategies And Initiatives For Community Wellness, And Submitters Should Show How Their Proposal Aligns With Active Living And Wellness Priorities Through Their Management Approach And Operational Practices. H2o Is A High-Use Public Aquatic And Fitness Center That Supports Recreation, Wellness, Sport Development, Social Connection, And Community Programming For Residents And Visitors. The City Is Seeking An Operator To Ensure Service Continuity; Maintain Safe, Accessible, Affordable, And Financially Responsible Operations; Deliver Core Aquatic, Fitness, Wellness, And Community Recreation Services; And Respond To Emerging Community Needs While Preserving The Facility As An Inclusive Community Asset.
