Tenders Are Invited For Procurement Of Occupational Health Services

The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Offer An Extended And Comprehensive Company Health Service That Covers Both Ordinary Health And Working Environment Needs And Strengthens The Companys Ability To Prepare For And Manage Crises. The Procurement Must Include 1. Business Health Services (Mandated By Law) 2. Health Services Related To Required Travel And Secondment (Counseling, Vaccination, Health Examinations And Tropical Medicine) 3. Crisis Management Before, During And After Acute Incidents For Employees And Accompanying Persons The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Needs An Adapted Occupational Health Service Which Must, In Addition To Statutory Bht, Cover Crisis Management, Vaccination, Health Examinations And Tropical Medicine. The Need Is Divided Into Three Categories, See Above. The Service Must Have The Flexibility To Handle Unpredictable Events And Crises, And Periods Of High Demand Until Departure In August. There Is Also A Need For It To Be Kept Open During The Summer Months. The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Wants One Supplier Who Can Supply The Entire Requirement Together. The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Is Dependent On The Supplier Being Able To Deliver The Services For Vaccination, Health Examinations And Physical Support Interviews In Oslo. There Is A Need For The Suppliers Personnel To Be Able To Communicate Fluently In Norwegian And English, Both Orally And In Writing. This Is Necessary To Ensure Quality In Health Assessments, Consultations, Crisis Management And Follow-Up Of Employees And Accompanying Family Members. A Framework Agreement For Occupational Health Services (Bht) Must Be Entered Into. The Framework Agreement Has A Duration Of 2 Years With The Possibility Of Extension For A Further 1+1+1 Years. The Framework Agreement Is Not Exclusive.
