The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Provision, Delivery, Installation, Operation And Recovery Of Drinking Water Storage Tanks Intended To Respond To An Emergency Supply Situation Of Water Intended For Human Consumption. It Also Includes The Supply And Unloading Of Drinking Water, As Well As All Ancillary Services Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Device. This Contract Is Concluded As An Emergency Measure Intended To Deal With Exceptional Situations. Therefore, The Adjudicator Does Not Commit To Any Order Volume And Reserves The Possibility Of Not Placing Any Order For The Entire Duration Of The Contract If The Circumstances Justifying Its Activation Do Not Arise.
