The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Supply Of Heating Oil In Emergency Cases In Order To Supply 2 Tanks Of 20,000 Liters Each To Operate 2 Emergency Generators. This Contract Is Concluded As An Emergency Measure Intended To Deal With Exceptional Situations. Therefore, The Adjudicator Does Not Commit To Any Order Volume And Reserves The Possibility Of Not Placing Any Order For The Entire Duration Of The Contract If The Circumstances Justifying Its Activation Do Not Arise.
