The Public Procurement Is Aimed At Delivery Through The Purchase Of Motor Tools And Consumables, Divided Into Separate Items, As Follows: Separate Item No. 1: Supply Of Chainsaws, Brush Cutters, Mowers, Sprayers And Angle Grinders, As Well As Consumables Necessary For Their Workseparate Position No. 2: Supply Of Consumables For Motor Tools In Operation And Used In The Activities Of Eso Ead.The Place Of Delivery Of The Goods For The Two Separate Positions Is The Central Warehouse Of The Contracting Authority, With The Address: Sofia, Iskar Station, Podporuchik Yordan Todorov Street #3.The Term Of The Contract For Each Specific Position Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months.The Deadline For Delivery Of The Goods, Subject Of This Public Procurement, Is As Follows: For Separate Item No. 1: Delivery Of Chainsaws, Brush Cutters, Mowers, Sprayers And Angle Grinders, As Well As Consumables Necessary For Their Work: Up To 50 Calendar Days, Counting From The Date Of Sending An Order For A Specific Delivery By The Employer.For Separate Item No. 2: Delivery Of Consumables For Motor Tools In Operation And Used In The Activities Of Eso Ead: Up To 30 Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Dispatch Of An Order For A Specific Delivery By The Contracting Authority.For Specific Item No. 1: The Warranty Period Of The Delivered Motor Tools Should Be No Less Than 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Delivery Acceptance Protocol.The Warranty Liability For All Discrepancies, Material Defects, Manufacturing Defects Or Deviations From The Technical Characteristics Of The Delivered Consumables Should Be For A Period Of No Less Than 3 Months From The Date Of Their Acceptance.For Specific Item No. 2: Warranty Liability For All Non-Conformities, Defects In Material, Manufacturing Defects Or Deviations From The Technical Characteristics Of The Delivered Consumables Should Be For A Period Not Shorter Than 3 Months From The Date Of Their Acceptance.
