The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Reconstruction Of A Part Of Street Water Pipes With Destruction And Restoration Of The Existing Pavement In The Village Of Daskal-Atanasovo, Municipality Of Radnevo - Stage 2 And Stage 3 In Two Separate Positions, Namely:Separate Position No. 1 - Reconstruction Of A Part Of Street Water Pipes With Destruction And Restoration Of The Existing Pavement In The Village Of Daskal-Atanasovo, Municipality Of Radnevo - Stage 2;Separate Position No. 2 - Reconstruction Of A Part Of Street Water Pipes With Destruction And Restoration Of The Existing Pavement In The Village Of Daskal-Atanasovo, Municipality Of Radnevo - Stage 3.In The Scope Of The Subject Of Each Separate Item, It Is Envisaged To Carry Out Construction And Installation Works On The Reconstruction Of A Part Of Street Water Pipes With The Destruction And Restoration Of The Existing Pavement In The Village Of Daskal-Atanasovo, Including:• Execution Of Construction - Installation Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Workforce And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Quantitative Bills;• Warranty Liability In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For The Implementation Of Smr, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut. The Warranty Terms Start From The Day The Construction Site Is Put Into Operation.Investment Projects Have Been Drawn Up, Agreed And Approved For The Sites Under The Designated Positions, And Construction Permit No. 122/17.12.2024 Has Been Issued By The Chief Architect Of Radnevo Municipality, According To Which The Construction Is Of The Third Category.Full Information Regarding The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement And The Specific Items Included In It Are Described And Regulated In The Technical Specifications And Investment Projects For Each Specific Item, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
