The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works On The Construction Site: Reconstruction Of Vidin Street, Including Street Alley Vegetation.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities:Construction, Including:- Temporary Construction;- Dismantling Works;- Supply Of Necessary Materials And Equipment;- Construction And Assembly Works;- Preparation Of Executive And Executive Documentation;- Providing An Accessible Environment According To Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-2 Of January 26, 2021 For Determining The Requirements For Accessibility And Universal Design Of The Elements Of The Accessible Environment In The Urbanized Territory;- Geodetic Recording Of Cadastral Data Of The Built Object And Obtaining A Certificate Under Art. 54A, Para. 3 Of The Law On The Cadastre And Property Register (Zkir);- All Construction Acceptance Activities With Protocol No. 16 For Establishing Suitability For Construction Acceptance (For Constructions From The First To Third Category) And Obtaining A Permit For Use, Resp. Certificate Of Commissioning;- Activities During The Period For Reporting Defects And Warranty Period Of Cmr, According To Bulgarian Legislation.Deadline For Implementationthe Term For The Implementation Of The Smr Provided For In The Approved Investment Project Is Up To 400 Calendar Days, And The Same Begins To Run From The Date Of Signing The Protocol For Opening A Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Level For The Construction (Appendix 2 To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003) Until The Signing Of The Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction (Appendix No. 15 To Article 7, Paragraph 3, Item 15 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003).The Deadline For The Construction Is Proposed By The Participants And Should Be Proposed In Calendar Days. In Its Technical Proposal, Each Participant Should Propose A Construction Time. The Period Offered By The Participants Should Not Exceed The Period Determined By The Contracting Authority For The Execution Of The Public Procurement. Important: A Participant Who Has Proposed A Term Exceeding The Term Specified By The Contracting Authority, Or Has Proposed A Term In A Measurement Unit Other Than A Calendar Day, Will Be Removed From Further Participation In The Procedure.
