Tenders Are Invited For Engineering: Designing, Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works And Exercise Of Authors Supervision Of The Site Reconstruction Of Stara Planina Street In Shumata Village, Sevlievo Municipality

The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Following Main Types Of Activities:1. Activity No. 1: Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Phase, Including The Following Parts: Geodesy Part, Road Part, Traffic Organization And Safety Part; Part Temporary Traffic Management, Part Construction Waste Management Plan, Part Safety And Health Plan, Part Fire Safety; Part Accounting Documentation. The Coordination And Approval Of The Investment Project By The Contracting Authority, The Consultant Under Art. 166 Of The Zut, The Specialized State Control Bodies And Operating Companies, And Obtaining A Construction Permit Is A Commitment Of The Contracting Authority.2. Activity 2: Execution Of Smr: Is Carried Out In Accordance With Part Three Construction Of The Zut And Begins After The Entry Into Force Of The Construction Permit And After Signing The Protocol For Opening A Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Construction Level. The Circumstances Related To The Initiation, Execution And Acceptance Of The Smr And Putting The Site Into Operation Will Be Certified By The Drawing Up And Signing By The Participants Of The Relevant Acts And Protocols In Accordance With Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003 On The Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction. The Technical Implementation Of The Construction Must Be In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Legislation And The Technical Specifications Of The Construction Products, Materials And Equipment Used In The Construction. Preparation Of Executive Documentation.3. Activity 3: Author Supervision During Construction:The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Designers Obligation To Fulfill His Duties As A Designer Performing Authors Supervision During The Construction And Commissioning Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Current Bulgarian Legislation.In Accordance With Art. 114 Of The Zop, The Execution Of The Contract Will Be Considered Awarded Under The Suspensive Condition, After Financing Is Secured.A Complete Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Contained In The Technical Specification.​​​​​​​​
