Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Jet A-1 Aviation Fuel For Refueling The Helicopters In The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications, Refueling To The Wing, At The Airports In The Republic Of Bulgaria.

The Public Procurement Is For The Selection Of A Contractor Who, Upon Request, Will Supply 100,000 Kilograms (125,000 Liters) Of Jet A-1 Aviation Fuel For A Period Of 12 Months Or Until The Maximum Allowable Value Of The Contract Is Reached, Whichever Event Occurs First. The Contract Enters Into Force As Of 18.01.2027 Or From The Date Of Its Signing, If The Same Is After This Date. The Quantities Of Jet A-1 Aviation Fuel Required For The Aviation Equipment Of The General Directorate Of Internal Affairs And Communications Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Are Distributed Among The Airports Of The Republic Of Bulgaria As Follows:Sofia Airport - Up To 75,000 Liters (Up To 60,000 Kg);Burgas Airport - Up To 18,750 Liters (Up To 15,000 Kg);Plovdiv Airport - Up To 12,500 Liters (Up To 10,000 Kg);Varna Airport - Up To 12,500 Liters (Up To 10,000 Kg);Gorna Oryahovitsa Airport - Up To 6,250 Liters (Up To 5,000 Kg.).The Places For The Execution Of The Order, By Making Deliveries Of The Relevant Quantities, Are The Above-Mentioned Airports. The Quantities Delivered Will Be According To The Operational Needs Of The Aircraft And Will Be Requested By The Pilot.When Delivering The Requested Quantities Of Fuel, The Contractor Shall Issue A Delivery Receipt And Submit A Copy-Excerpt From The Test Protocol For The Quality Of The Delivered Fuel. Jet A-1 Aviation Fuel Shall Comply With The Jet A-1 Joint Operating Fuel Systems (Afqrjos) Bulletin No. 163, Issue No. 36B - 07.05.2026, According To The Two Standards: - Standard Def Stan 91-091, Issue 36В/07.05.2026; - Astm Standard Specification D 1655-22A, Jet A-1 Or Their Equivalents.
