The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Change The Quantities Of Products Indicated In The Technical Specification According To Its Needs, Including Adding New Medicinal Products That Are Not Included In The Technical Specification, But Are In Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement. By New Types Is Meant: In Case Of Suspension From Production And/Or Importation, Equivalent To The Types Of Medicinal Products That Are Included In The Technical Specification.The Specified Quantities In The Technical Specification Attached To The Invitation Are Estimated And Do Not Give Rise To An Obligation For The Employer To Assign Them In The Estimated Volume.
