In View Of The Subject Matter Of The Procurement And The Application Of The Principles Of Free Competition, Equality And Non-Discrimination, The Public Procurement Is Divided Into Four Separate Positions, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 Physical Security And Access Regime Of The Yambol Municipality Building And Bezisten Cultural And Information Center.Separate Position No. 2 Night Unarmed Physical Security Of A Cemetery Park - Town Of Yambol.Separate Position No. 3 Night Unarmed Physical Security Of The St. Archangel Michael Dsh - Yambol.Separate Position No. 4 Night Unarmed Physical Security Of Buildings And Property, Owned By The Municipality Of Yambol, In Land With The Address: Residential Complex Dr. Dimitar Donchev, Town Of Yambol, Along With The Buildings Located On It.Provision Of The Service Under Separate Item No. 4 Will Be Awarded In The Order Of Its Respective Individual Value On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop. The Estimated Value Of Separate Item No. 4 Is Eur 9,720 Excluding Vat, And Its Total Value Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In Connection With The Above, The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Contract Under Separate Item No. 4 On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.Important: Participants Should Not Submit Bids For Specific Position No. 4.
