The Municipality Of Balchik Announces A Procedure For Awarding A Public Contract - Negotiation Without Prior Notice, On The Basis Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 8, Under The Conditions Of Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 7 Of The Law On Public Procurement, As The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Goods That Are Traded On A Commodity Exchange, According To A List Approved By Resolution No. 191 Of The Council Of Ministers Of 29.07.2016 For Approving A List Of Goods Under Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 7 And Art. 191, Para. 1, Item 6 Of The Law On Public Procurement, Namely Fuels, Oils And Other Consumables For Refueling Motor Vehicles Of The Municipal Administration In The Municipality Of Balchik And Units Of Budgetary Support To It, By Refueling With Credit Cards For Cashless Payment. The Stock Transaction Will Take Place On The National Commodity Exchange Ad.Quantity: Diesel Fuel B6 – 541,650 L /Five Hundred And Forty One Thousand Six Hundred And Fifty Liters/; Unleaded Gasoline А95н – 118,695 L /One Hundred And Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred And Ninety-Five Liters/; Propane-Butane Gas - 750 L /Seven Hundred And Fifty Liters/; Oil Worth €12,141 /Twelve Thousand One Hundred And Forty One Euros/.The Above Amount Is Estimated And Calculated Based On The Past Period, Which Amount The Buyer Will Absorb According To His Needs, And The Seller Will Not Seek Responsibility If It Is Not Absorbed In Full. If The Needs Of The Purchaser Exceed The Quantities Indicated Above, The Purchaser Has The Right To Purchase Larger Quantities Than Those Indicated, And The Seller Is Obliged To Sell The Same Additional Quantities Under The Conditions Of The Concluded Exchange Transaction, Without Changing Them.Fuels Must Meet Bds Or Equivalent And The Quality Requirements Specified In The Ordinance On The Requirements For The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, The Conditions, The Order And The Method Of Their Control, Adopted By Resolution No. 156 Of The Cabinet Of Ministers Of July 15, 2003, The Conditions, The Order And The Method Of Their Control, As Well As All Other Applicable Requirements Of The Current Regulatory Framework, Regarding The Quality Of Fuels. The Contracting Authority Requires Strict Compliance With The Terms Of The Attached Technical Specification.
