Tenders Are Invited For Subscription Support Of The Inkaso Information System, Service Of The Information System, Specialized Services Related To This Activity

The Purpose Of This Order Is To Provide The Subscription Maintenance Of The Inkaso Information System, Information System Service, Specialized Services Related To This Activity, For A Period Of 60 Months, With The Main Activities Included, As Follows:Subscription Maintenance Includes The Following Activities:Update Of The System Or Individual Modules From It In Connection With A Change In The Regulatory Framework;Update Of The System When Software Errors Are Detected;Installation And Reinstallation Of The System In Connection With Available Update, Update Of Documentation And Training;Providing Assistance In Removing Problematic Situations Impeding The Operation Of The System;Giving Instructions To Ensure The Correct Operation And Use Of The Functionality Of The System;Updating/Administering The Structure And Logical Integrity Of The Database And Checking The Quality Of The Prepared Archives;Enable/Disable Jobs.The Scope Of The Public Procurement Also Includes The Implementation Of Specialized Services Related To The Inkaso Information System. The Need For Specialized Services Is Determined By The Contracting Authority.
