The New Building Is Resolved Through A Slab Foundation, Structure With Unidirectional Roofs, Ceramic Closures, Insulated And Waterproof Flat Roof And Ventilated Façade With Exterior Finish Of Galvanized Steel Sheet.-Swimming Pool Vessels: Rehabilitation Of The Two Existing Vessels And Transformation Of The Current System Into An Overflow System, Through The Execution Of Perimeter Channels And Compensation Vessel. The Renovation Of The Coatings And Waterproofing, The Adaptation Of Slopes And Foundations And The Adaptation Of The Access Elements To The Vessels.-Water Treatment Facilities: Renovation Of The Filtration, Purification And Disinfection Facilities Of The Two Swimming Pools, Including The Necessary Pipelines And The Implementation Of A Salifection Disinfection System.-Beaches And Spaces Exteriors: Renovation Of The Beaches And Pavements Of The Precinct, Including Its Base Slab, Expansion Of The Paved Surfaces Derived From The Expansion Of The Precinct And Adaptation Of The Solarium Areas And Open Spaces.
