The Main Objective Of This Requirement Is The Hiring Of Hours Of Pharmaceutical Chemist Service For The Open Care And Closed Care Pharmacies Of The Dr. Hernán Henríquez Aravena Hospital, With The Purpose Of Strengthening The Coverage Of Pharmaceutical Activities Associated With The Validation Of Prescriptions, Review And Dispensing Of Medications, Stock Control, Management And Dispensing Of Medications Subject To Legal Control And High-Cost Medications, In Addition To Supporting The Management And Delivery Of Medications At Home To Rural Patients Who Have Access Difficulties. And/Or Absence Of Support Networks. The Hiring Of Hours Will Make It Possible To Complement The Institutional Provision Currently Available, Which Is Insufficient To Cover The Entire Demand And Activities Required In Both Pharmacy Areas, Considering The Volume Of Services And The Need To Ensure The Continuity Of Processes, In This Way We Seek To Guarantee Adequate And Timely Coverage Of Pharmaceutical Services, Contributing To The Continuity Of Treatments And Safe, Quality Care For The Patients Of The Establishment. Therefore, Through This Agreement We Seek To Provide A Prompt Response To All Patients Who Require Pharmaceutical Services, Helping To Guarantee The Continuity Of Their Treatments And Safe, Quality Care. Having Said The Above, The Service Will Be Performed In The Hospital Premises, In The Best Possible Conditions For Both Parties, As Detailed In These Administrative Bases And Technical Bases, And According To Quantities Defined In Annex No. 1.
