The Assignment Includes The Performance Of Professional Technical Management And Maintenance To Achieve The Objective Stated In Paragraph 1.2.1. • Efficient Management, Maintenance And Optimization Of Building-Related Installations; • Guaranteeing The Continuity, Safety And Comfort Of Visitors, Employees And Other Users Of The Building; • Minimizing Disruptions And Taking Adequate Action In The Event Of Disruptions And Disasters, So That The Impact On Business Operations Is Limited As Much As Possible; • Relieving Eye Of Its Worries Through Proactive Technical Management, Clear Communication, Adequate Reporting And Management Of Specialist Subcontractors; • Compliance With Relevant Laws And Regulations, Standards And Regulations; • Identifying And Advising On Maintenance, Replacement, Sustainability, Innovation And Optimization Options For Optimal And Future-Proof Operation Of The Building; • Actively Contributing To Future-Proof Technical Exploitation By Responding To Technological Developments, Digitalization, Asset Management And Sustainability; • Working Together Based On Partnership, Transparency And Continuous Improvement Of Services. The Estimated Contract Value Is € 3,100,000 Excluding Vat Over The Maximum Term Of Ten (10) Years, Including Option Years. This Estimate Consists Of Two Parts: 1. Public Building (Eye Film Museum) The Estimate Is Based On Current Annual Expenses Of Approximately € 100,000 Excluding Vat For Technical Maintenance And € 80,000 Excluding Vat For Repairs, Replacements And Parts, A Total Of € 180,000 Per Year. Over A Period Of Ten Years This Amounts To € 1,800,000. A Surcharge Has Been Applied To This Amount For Price Developments, Indexation And Increasing Maintenance Needs As A Result Of The Aging Of The Building And Installations. 2. Additional (Optional) - Collection Center The Possible Building To Be Added Assumes Annual Costs Of Approximately € 45,000 Excluding Vat For Maintenance And € 20,000 Excluding Vat For Repairs, Replacements And Parts, A Total Of € 65,000 Per Year. In Ten Years This Will Amount To €650,000. Including A Surcharge For Unforeseen Costs, Indexation And Development Of Maintenance Needs. No Rights Can Be Derived From This Estimate.
