Construction Work - Design And Execution Of Works For The Project Modernization Of Railway Line No. 353 On The Toruń Główny - Toruń Wschodni Section, Including Station Infrastructure And Construction Of New Railway Stops In Toruń - Bit City Ii. Order Implementation Period: 1) Basic Scope - 28 (Twenty-Eight) Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract In Accordance With § 4 Of The Terms And Conditions Of The Agreement, Located In Volume Ii Of The Swz, Including: A) Completion Of All Works (Subject To Point B) Below And Excluding The Interface Option) Confirmed By The Last Final Acceptance By The Ordering Party, Including The Provision Of Complete As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party And The Delivery Of A Set To The Ordering Party Documents Related To The Certification Process - 20 (Twenty) Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, B) Providing The Ordering Party With Permits For Admission To Operation Of Structural Subsystems, In Accordance With The Railway Transport Act For The Basic Scope - No Longer Than Within 8 (Eight) Months From The Date Of The Last Final Acceptance By The Ordering Party. 2) Interface Option - Not Less Than 6 (Six) Months, Provided That The Implementation Deadline Indicated By The Ordering Party Will Not Be Longer Than 4 Years From The Date Of Launch Of The Interface Option. The Ordering Party Will Have The Right To Activate The Interface Option Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Works And The Warranty Period For The Works, No Later Than Before The Expiry Of The Warranty Period For The Scope Of The Works Regarding Railway Traffic Control Devices. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor Is Obliged To Personally Perform Part Of The Order In Accordance With Point 24.1 Of The Idw.
