The Subject Of The Contract Is The Combined Supply Of Electricity To The Take-Off Points (Om) Of The Public Contracting Authority In Quality And Conditions In Accordance With The Technical Conditions Of The Distribution System Operator (Pds) And The Applicable Legislation Of The Slovak Republic. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of: • Supply Of The Commodity: Electric Energy In The Estimated Volume Of 10,474,470 Kwh To The Collection Points Of The Public Contracting Authority; • Responsibility For The Deviation: The Economic Entity Assumes Full Responsibility For The Deviation Of The Public Contracting Authority For All Its Collection Points, In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions Of Act No. 251/2012 Coll. On Energy As Amended, Decree Of The Office For The Regulation Of Network Industries No. 207/2023 Coll., Establishing The Rules For The Functioning Of The Internal Electricity Market, As Amended, And The Relevant Operating Rules Of The Short-Term Electricity Market Organizer; • Distribution Of Electricity Transmission: Provision Of Access To The Distribution System And Distribution Of Electricity, Including Provision Of Related Services And Payment Of Relevant Fees To Third Parties.
