As Detailed In The Annex (Unpriced Budget). The Tenderer Has The Right To Deviate From The Planned Quantity During The Duration Of The Framework Contract. The Contracting Authority Is Entitled To Change Its Annual Order, Order A New Press Product, Cancel The Order For Certain Press Products, Or Change The Number Of Copies While Leaving The Contractual Conditions Unchanged. The Quantitative Data Provided In The Public Procurement Documents Are Calculated Data And Are Considered To Be Informative Information, Given That The Contracting Authority Does Not Commit To The Quantity, But To 80% Of The Specified Amount.
