Energy And Related Services – Provision Of Energy Services By The Epc Method On The Objects Of The City Of Slaný. The Subject Of This Contract Is The Provision Of Energy Services With A Guaranteed Result (Savings In Operating Costs Related To The Use Of Energy - Hereinafter Referred To As Services) For The Buildings Of The City Of Slaný. As Part Of The Contract, The Service Provider Will Develop A Proposal For Energy-Saving Measures. The Implementation Of Energy-Saving Measures In The Sense Of This Contract Includes The Following Actions: A) Processing Of Project Documentation And Provision Of Other Activities For Securing Construction Permits For The Implementation Of Energy-Saving Measures, If, According To The Offer Of The Participant, They Are Necessary With Regard To The Proposed Measures And If The Documents Have Not Been Provided By The Contracting Authority, B) All Engineering Activities, In Particular The Processing Of Requirements Connected With Obtaining A Building Permit, C) Processing Of Implementation Project Documentation For The Implementation Of Energy-Saving Measures, D) Delivery And Installation Of The Proposed Energy-Saving Measures On A Turnkey Basis, E) Processing Documentation Of The Actual Implementation Of Energy-Saving Measures, F) Drawing Up Detailed Operating Procedures For Newly Installed Equipment And Operator Training, G) Energy Management (Services Including Continuous Monitoring And Evaluation Of Achieved Energy Savings) For The Duration Of The Contractual Relationship, Including Inspection Of The Installed Equipment, H) Providing A Guarantee For The Achievement Of Expected Savings, I) Monitoring And Evaluating The Results Achieved For The Duration Of The Contractual Relationship.
