There Is A Growing Population Of Patients With Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices (Cied), Such As Pacemakers, Defibrillators And Loop Recorders. The Medical And Technical Follow-Up Of These Patients And Devices Requires Good Structural Data Collection. The Legally Established Establishment Of Materiovigilance Contact Points (Kb15/11/2017) Within Healthcare Institutions Also Requires Proper Follow-Up Of All Incidents Involving These Implants. The Monitoring Of These Devices Is Increasingly Shifting To Remote Telecardiological Monitoring, Which Requires Good Documentation Of Data Traffic And Medical Actions. Currently, There Is No Structural Data Storage And Workflow For This Information From Patients With A Cied Within The Kws. A Project Is Underway With Nexuzhealth To Design A Structural Cied File Within The Kws That Can Be Used In Various Hospitals. We Want To Collect And Present The Various Information Flows From Hospitalization, Outpatient And Telecardiological Care In A “Patient Centered” Manner Within A Uniform Dashboard. By Unambiguously Coding The Information From These Different Data Streams, They Can End Up In The Same Place. This Means That The Most Recent Information Is Always Available In A Centralized Manner. With Nexuzhealth, A Mapping Was Performed Of The Desired Fields And The Corresponding Definitions In The Internationally Recognized Ieee Standard (Ieee Std 11073‐10103) That Structures The Data Export Across Different Cied Manufacturers. This Translation Must Be Done On Multiple Platforms, Both For In-House Control And Via Web Portals Where The Data From The Home Follow-Up Comes In. However, A Preliminary Study By Nexuzhealth Showed That Manufacturers Do Not Yet Apply This Standard Uniformly. A Translation Of The Data Supplied By The Various Producers Cannot Be Recorded By Nexuzhealth And Requires The Involvement Of A Third Party (Middle Ware Vendor).
