The Subject Of This Tender Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement In Two Lots: Lot 1: Framework Agreement For The Implementation Of Company Medical And Safety-Related Care - Company Doctor (Lot 1) Lot 2: Framework Agreement For The Implementation Of Company Medical And Safety-Related Care - Occupational Safety Specialist (Lot 2) For Technical Reasons, The Lots Mentioned Are Each Published Separately In Separate Project Rooms Of The Nrw Procurement Marketplace. This Contract Announcement And The Procurement Documents Posted In The Relevant Project Space Of The Nrw Procurement Marketplace Exclusively Concern Lot 2. For Basic Care In Accordance With Section Ii Of Appendix 2 To Section 2 Paragraph 3 Dguv Regulation 2, The Client Is Assigned To Care Group Ii In Both Lots After Consultation With The Responsible Nrw Accident Insurance Fund. For Lot 2, The Following Envisaged Order Volumes And Maximum Purchase Limits Apply Per Year: The Envisaged Order Volume In Lot 2 Is A Total Of 408 Person-Hours Per Year, Divided As Follows: - Basic Support In Accordance With Annex 2, Annex 3 Dguv V 2: 280 Person-Hours - Support For Planning Procedures And Statements: 60 Person-Hours - Supervision Of Risk Assessments: 60 Person-Hours - Emergency Drills: 8 Person-Hours For All For Individual Orders Based On This Framework Agreement, A Binding Maximum Purchase Limit Of A Total Of 570 Person-Hours Per Year Applies. This Binding Maximum Purchase Limit Is Made Up Of The Following: - Basic Support In Accordance With Annex 2, Appendix 3 Dguv V 2: 314 Person-Hours - Support For Planning Procedures And Statements: 120 Person-Hours - Support For Risk Assessments: 120 Person-Hours - Emergency Exercises: 16 Person-Hours There Is No Minimum Purchase Obligation On The Part Of The Client In Both Lots. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With One Company In Each Lot. The Framework Agreement Begins In Each Lot On January 1, 2027 And Has A Term Of Two Years.
