Yleisradio Oy (Hereafter Yle) Requests Bids For The Production Of In-House Recruitment Consulting Services For Yles Use. Yles Goal Is To Find An Expert Recruitment Partner Who Is Responsible For The High-Quality And Efficient Implementation Of Yles Recruitment Processes. The Service Strengthens The Positive Applicant Experience And Yles Employer Brand. Flexibility, Agility And Up-To-Date Professionalism Are Expected From The Partner In The Constantly Developing Recruitment Field. Yle Is Looking For Two (2) Full-Time Recruitment Consultants, One (1) Per Role, To Carry Out The Tasks Mentioned In The Previous Paragraph. The Requirements For Both Roles Are Described In Appendix 2 Experts Of The Request For Tenders. Each Consultant Works At Yle For 37.5 Hours/Work Week. The Supplier Must Have At Least One (1) Substitute Who Meets The Minimum Requirements Per Expert Role (Finnish And Swedish Speaking). If Necessary, The Substitute Person Can Act As A Substitute If The Suppliers Designated Expert Is Prevented From Providing The Service. Recruitment Consultants Work At Yle On An In-House Basis In Accordance With Yles Valid Hybrid Work Practices. Detailed Information About The Requirements And Conditions For In-House Recruitment Consultants In The Request For Tenders And Its Attachments. Based On The Tender, Yle Chooses One (1) Partner With Whom It Will Enter Into A Contract. The Agreement Comes Into Force When Both Contracting Parties Have Signed It. The Contract Is Valid For A Fixed Period Of One (1) Year, After Which It Will Continue Indefinitely.
