This Consultation Concerns The Award Of A Public Project Management Contract For The Design And Monitoring Of The Execution Of Renovation Works And Improvement Of Working Conditions Of The Real Estate Complex Of The Territorial Public Service Management Center Of Martinique, Located Rue Ernest Hemingway, Zac De Létang Zabricots, 97200 Fort-De-France (Martinique). The Real Estate Complex Concerned Consists Of: Half Of A Building In R+1 Called “Maison Des Collectivités Territoriales” (Plot W 280), Housing The Cdg Headquarters On Two Levels, I.E. 976 M² Of Usable Space; Surroundings.The Operation Aims To Intensify The Use Of Existing Premises In Order To Improve And Modernize The Working Conditions Of Staff, To Reorganize The Allocation Of Premises And To Create A Room That Can Accommodate The Board Of Directors. It Is Structured Around Three Axes: The Grouping Of Services Welcoming The Public On The Ground Floor Of The Main Building, The Development Of The Board Of Directors Room In The Saphir Building, And The Use Of The Cnfpt Elevator For Pmr Access To The Floor Of The Main Building. The Work Will Be Carried Out On An Occupied Site.
