Tenders Are Invited For Upkeep, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Extrication, Full Guarantee And Work On Toulon Heritage Elevators Habitat Méditerranée

This Consultation Concerns Maintenance, Preventive, Conditional, Predictive And Corrective Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Extrication, Total Guarantee As Well As Repair And Modernization Work On Elevators And Similar Equipment Belonging To Toulon Habitat Méditerranée (Thm) For The Period 2027 To 2030. The Contract Is A Service Market With An Obligation Of Results. The Technical Requirements, Service Levels, Performance Indicators, Traceability Obligations And Methods For Taking Into Account Criticality Are Defined In The Cctp And Its Annexes. This Contract Is A Mixed Contract Comprising, On The One Hand, Permanent Flat-Rate Services And, On The Other Hand, A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders For Work And One-Off Services Not Included In The Packages. The Order Share Is Concluded With A Minimum Amount Of €800,000 Excluding Tax / Year And With A Maximum Amount Of €3,200,000 Excluding Tax/Year, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article R 2162-4-1 Of The Public Order Code.
