In Application Of Articles R. 2124-3 3° And R. 2124-5 Of The Public Procurement Code, Lots N° 01, 02, 05, 07, 11, 15 And 16 Are Relaunched Within The Framework Of A Procedure With Negotiation. The Buyer, However, Reserves The Right To Award The Contract On The Basis Of The Initial Offers Without Negotiation.
