Construction-Site Supervision Services - Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction Under The Project Reconstruction Of Existing Water Pipes And Restoration Of Street Surfaces On 1 Street In The Town Of Veliki Preslav, 5 In The Village Of Troitsa And One Each In The Village Of Suha Reka, The Village Of Zlatar, The Village Of Khan Krum, The Village Of Osmar And The Village Of Kochovo, Municipality Of Veliki Preslav. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor With Professional Qualifications In The Exercise Of Consulting Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zut And Art. 168, Para. 1 Of The Zut, Namely The Exercise Of Construction Supervision To Guarantee The Lawful Implementation Of The Smr And To Allow The Use Of The Sites Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement, As Well As The Preparation Of A Final Report For Each Site. The Contractor Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Investment Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut.
