For Budgetary Reasons, Each Section Is Divided Into Planting Work And Completion/Development Maintenance, I.E. Two Orders Are Created Accordingly (1St Partial Order For Planting And 2Nd Partial Order For Maintenance). The Complete List Of Services Must Be Offered In Full. The Award Will Be Made To Only One Bidder. The Contractor Will Name At Least One Operationally Responsible German-Speaking Contact Person (At Least Language Level C1) To The Municipal Construction Management, As Well As A Representative For Citizens, Authorities And Construction Management With Details Of The Underground Contact Details On The Construction Site. In Addition, The Contractor Must Provide One German-Speaking Employee For Each Column Deployed In Order To Ensure Occupational Safety Concerns. Forest Trees The Area Must Be Afforested With Certified Forest Trees From Approved Seed Stocks In Accordance With The Forest Reproduction Act Of May 22, 2022 In The Qualities Specified In The Service Text. Reforestation Must Be Carried Out Using Forest Plants From Recognized, Area-Adapted Seeds In Accordance With The Forest Reproduction Act (Fovg) And The Plants Must Have A Certificate Of Origin. For Trees That Are Not Subject To The Forest Reproductive Materials Act, The Region Of Origin, The West German Mountains Or Westphalian Bight, Should Be Used If Possible. According To The State Office For Forest And Wood Nrw, Reference Is Made To The Expansion Of The List Of Substitute Sources (See Service Text). Different Planting Grids Apply To The Reforestation Areas In Accordance With The Implementation Plans. The Planting Grids Are Defined As Follows: Planting Grid 2.0 × 1.0 M (According To Plan) Area 1 - Am Ruhmbach Area 2 - Kaldenhover Tree Circular Planting Grid (According To Plan) Area 3 - Freiherr-Vom-Stein-Straße Planting Grid 2.0 × 2.0 M (According To Plan) Area 4 - Weubelshof Execution Period The Reforestation Is In The Execution Period From November 2026 To March To Be Carried Out In 2027. The Planting Work Must Begin In November 2026. The Contractor Must Coordinate The Plant Order And Delivery In Such A Way That Timely Execution Is Guaranteed.
