Identification and financing of the Project/Programme Title: Project RWA/030 - Improving skills for holistic employment in modern agriculture (ISHEMA) Source of financing: The government of Rwanda and the government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as set out in the projects/programmes bilateral agreement n° dated 18/10/2024. Identification of the Contract Type of contract:Goods Object:Procurement of Hostel Furniture for three (3) Centre of Excellences in Rwanda Number:A-RWA030-2026-8532 Number of lots:2 Lot 1: Hostel Furniture Lot 2: Bedding Set (single mattresses, Pillows, Bedsheet Set and Blanket) Grouping of lots: possible, a tenderer may be awarded more than a single lot if he satisfies, cumulatively, the administrative and technical requirements of the lots to which he is tendering. 3. Eligibility and evaluation criteria Origin: No restriction Eligibility: Economic operators satisfying the criteria included in the statement of good standing and in the ethics clauses of the general regulations. Evaluation: The most economically advantageous tender on the basis of price, administrative and technical criteria will be granted the contract. The Client will conduct a due diligence visit to the pre-selected bidders factories, showrooms, or warehouses to verify the quality of comparable furniture, production and delivery capacity, and compliance with the requirements stated in the technical proposal. The findings of the visit will be used to validate the bidders submitted information, and any material discrepancy or failure to facilitate the visit may result in disqualification. Location and timeframe Location of the project: Rwanda Terms and place of delivery: DAP to Mutobo Technical Secondary School (Mutobo TSS) in Musanze District,Kinazi Techhnical Secondary School (Kinazi TSS) in Ruhango District and Gitwe Technical Secondary School (Gitwe TSS) in Ngoma District. Performance period of the contract (per lot and not cumulative in case of award of several lots to the same tenderer): 12 (twelve) months up to provisional acceptance.
